About

Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a sanskrit word that translates as "the science or knowledge of life".  Ayurveda is an ancient system and practice of health and science that originated in India over 3,000 years ago. Rishis, or "seers", through meditation and observation of the natural world, obtained a deep understanding of maintaining health and vitality according to one's individual constitution, or prakruti.

An individual can learn simple yet profound ways to restore and maintain health through diet, lifestyle practices and Ayurvedic therapies.  Clincial Ayurvedic Specialists can diagnose and support a person using Ayurvedic Medicine to treat many illnesses and diseases.  The patient ultimately heals themself in a supportive and knowledgeable setting.
