Shirodhara Therapy
Ayurvedic Consultation Initial Intake
$150, 90 minutes — Chelynn works with you to help you reach a better understanding of your individual constitution, or prakruti and your present state of potential imbalance, or vikruti in order to provide a more specialized treatment plan. Consultation includes diet, lifestyle, treatment suggestions, and herbal formulas given over a course of sessions to help you maintain balance, heal illness, and to reduce stress.
Abhyanga Massage therapy
$120, 60 minutes — A deeply relaxing massage that uses copious amounts of warm herbalized oil. This therapy can be done on its own, is used to provide relaxation and pacify vata. Abhyanga also helps move ama from the tissues of the body and is used as a traditional body therapy in pancha karma.
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
$108, 60 minutes ; $130, 90 minutes— This massage is great for chronic and acute muscle tension, it aides in the
recovery of injury and facilitates the
healing process.
Hot Stone Ayurvedic Massage Therapy
$150, 90 minutes — combines the use of copious amounts of warm oil, massage techniques
and the use of warm stones.
Great for aching muscles and to relieve
all stress. This is a deeply relaxing,
vata and kapha-reducing treatment that also helps to move ama from deeper tissues of the body.

Jyotish/Vedic Astrology
$216, 1.5 hours— natal chart reading
This reading reflects the blueprint that you have come into this lifetime with, and can assist you in tuning in with all aspects of yourself, body, mind and spirit. It will help you become familiar with your strengths and to bring awareness to more challenging aspects of your life.
$108, 1 hour— Transit reading
This reading is to be done after an initial natal chart reading. A transit reading looks at specific time periods in your life in order to support you in making optimal and conscious life choices.
Ayurvedic Consultation: Follow up
$110, 50 minutes — Once you have come in for an initial intake consultation, follow up visits are to check in with your progress, assess any changes and additions needed for the treatment plan, and to provide support on how to continue with the recommended treatment plan and herbal formulas.

Abhyanga with Shirodhara
$200, 90 minutes — Shirodhara is a continuous stream of warm oil over the 3rd eye, or forehead area. It is preceeded by a 1 hour warm oil massage. Shirodhara
helps to relieve a variety of imbalances
including insomnia, stress, headaches, and mental fatigue.
